Welcome to the Villa Montebello Museum
Majestically perched above the beach at Trouville-sur-Mer, the Villa Montebello is a shining testament to the elegance of the Second Empire. Built in 1865 for the Marquise de Montebello, this aristocratic residence with its brick and stone facades seems to gaze eternally at the sea horizon. Climbing its steps is like stepping back into the golden age of early sea bathing and the romanticism of the 19th century. Now a museum, the villa houses the pictorial memory of the coast in its light-filled salons. The salty air seems to sweep across the canvases of the pre-Impressionists, capturing that unique Norman light. It is a place where art and the ocean converse in perfect harmony, offering visitors a moment of beauty suspended between the sky and the waves. The Villa Montebello Museum, located in Trouville-sur-Mer, is dedicated to the fine arts and history of the seaside resort. Built in 1865, this listed building houses rich collections ranging from coastal painters (such as Charles Mozin and Eugène Boudin) to the famous creations of poster artist Raymond Savignac.

With A Journey in Time, March Mallow offered a first trip back to the 1940s and 50s: a suspended moment, gentle as spring, where one can set down one's baggage to better feel the passing emotions. For their new project, the group opens a more intimate chapter, unveiling their own compositions—including two tracks in French—while remaining true to the standards that have shaped their sound for years. Entitled The Silence, this new opus leads us into a nocturnal alley, lit by a few streetlights and the sign of a jazz club. Inside, the musicians weave a discreet melancholy, a space where swing, ballads, and blues intertwine like eras in dialogue. This journey, this time, is internal: a parenthesis to rediscover the simplicity of being together. March Mallow creates an emotional bridge, a place where music reveals what usually remains silent.
